Beauty Products In The Spotlight
I always tell myself I don’t need more makeup, but here I am, buying and discovering more. I’m glad I don’t listen to my responsible self because I’ve found some fabulous new products to share!
NUDESTIX Cream Blush
If you’re a makeup gal or guy, you know cream blushes are very popular now, as they should be. Cream products settle on the skin beautifully, creating a more natural healthy skin appearance.
I happen to love this NUDESTIX cream blush in the color Picante. It is so juicy and vibrant, truly the perfect shade for summer. It is on the more matte side, and the color is buildable, which is lovely, so you can gauge how much color you want.
Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand
This baby is always sold out, but I managed to get my hands on it, and hopefully, you can, too, because it is beautiful. First, the colors are done well because they’re not too orange or ashy for someone with a lighter skin tone. They warm the face up beautifully and last all day.
The best way to apply this would be to warm it up on the back of your hand, dip your brush into it and press it onto the face. This creates more of a seamlessly blended look. It dries quickly, so you want to keep that in mind while blending it in.
Danessa Myricks ColorFix Eye, Cheek & Lip
I have fallen in love with these “ColorFix” pigments. They come in various colors and are very pigmented. They spread out thin, and a little bit goes a long way. You can wear these alone or layer on top of them. Either way, they’re fabulous and last all day.
